I'M MARIANNE — THE CALM COACH. MY MISSION IS SIMPLE: HELP BUSY WOMEN FIND THEIR WAY BACK TO THEMSELVES, ONE BREATH AT A TIME.

I grew up in the quiet of the country—surrounded by trees, trails, and stillness. That early love for nature shaped me: I was calm, reflective, and deeply rooted in peace. But everything changed when I moved to the city. Suddenly, I was switched on 24/7—activated into a go-go, Type-A super achiever mode. Between a fast-paced IT career and raising five kids, I was always doing, rarely being. And in my 40s, I remember thinking: Is this it?
 

In an unexpected twist, after trying yoga to help manage my fibromyalgia, I discovered it wasn’t just good for my body, it was powerful for my mind too. It helped me breathe, slow down, and reconnect with the part of me I’d lost in the busyness. I went on to study meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork that helped me settle my racing thoughts and live with more ease.

I've lived this transformation. And now I get to guide other women through it too. You don't have to do it alone, I'm here when you're ready.
