This course offers a comprehensive exploration and practical application of various techniques, tools, and invaluable insights that go beyond what can typically be obtained from brief YouTube videos, meditation apps or short online articles. Moreover, it goes the extra mile by providing personalized 1:1 coaching and support, ensuring your confidence in establishing a successful and consistent meditation practice.

What qualifies you to teach me meditation?

Twenty years ago, I embarked on my journey as a novice meditator so I empathize with the feelings of confusion, doubt, frustration and lack of clarity in starting and maintaining a meditation practice. I've been in your shoes! 


It was not until I went on a 5 day meditation retreat 8 years ago did I finally learn the basics to get me moving in the right direction.  My passion for meditation led me to a year long intensive program in 2017 which allowed me to take a deeper dive and ultimately receiving my certification from the Chopra Center.

Why should I learn to meditate?

Meditation is the simplest and most effective approach towards achieving genuine healing in both the mind and body. Extensive research has consistently demonstrated the profound connection between our mental and physical well-being. Engaging in meditation not only nurtures the mind, but also fosters simultaneous healing within the body.

Who is this course suitable for?

Meditation Simplified is for anyone looking to learn or deepen their meditation practice, whether you’re a beginner starting from scratch or an experienced practitioner facing challenges.

Will I have direct access to a meditation instructor?

Yes!  There will be weekly Q&A sessions via zoom with me.

What if I just can't still?

Meditation Simplified will dive into this issue and provide modifications to your practice until your ready to sit stil.

How long does the course take to complete?

The course is designed to be completed in 4 weeks.The course includes 4 modules, each broken into mini-lessons. Each week a module will be released to keep you focused on one module at a time.


If you get behind, no worries, you will have lifetime access to the course .

Do I need any special equipment or apps to participate?

No special equipment or apps are required for the Meditation Simplified course. All you need is a quiet space to practice, a comfortable seating position, and a commitment to self-improvement.

What if I'm not satisfied with the course?
