What if I cannot sit still?

That is more common than you think.

Inside the program, we address this directly. You will learn practical adjustments and modifications so you can practice in a way that works for your body and attention style.

You do not need to be “good at sitting still” to begin.

I am very busy. Can this realistically fit into my life?

Yes. Most practices are just a few minutes per day.

 

The structure is designed to fit into real schedules, not perfect ones.

What if I fall behind?

Life happens.

All sessions are recorded and available inside your private dashboard. You also receive lifetime access, so you can move at your own pace and revisit the material anytime.

Meet Marianne

Marianne did not begin her meditation journey as an expert.

More than twenty years ago, she sat down to meditate for the first time and quickly realized that no one had clearly explained what meditation truly was or how it actually worked. She tried apps. She tried books. She tried sitting in silence and hoping it would click.

 

It did not.

It was not until she immersed herself in intensive training and retreat work that meditation finally made sense. The structure, the science, and the step-by-step clarity changed everything.

In 2017, she completed a year-long intensive meditation training program and became a certified meditation instructor.

Since then, she has helped students move from confusion and second-guessing to clarity and confidence in their practice.

Marianne believes meditation does not need to feel mystical or intimidating. It can be practical, understandable, and grounded in real life.

That belief is what inspired her to create Meditation Simplified.
