This is perfect for those that want the benefit of yoga but wish to do it virtually from the comfort of their own home.  A variety of classes are offered so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned veteran there is something special for you.

Membership Includes:​

  • A library of taped class yoga videos, available 24/7 (new classes will be added every month!)

  • LIVE yoga classes and events 

  • Yoga community

YOGA PRIVATE LESSIONS

Are you struggling with your yoga poses or are you new to yoga and prefer a 1:1 learning experience over a class?  Let's schedule a private 60 minute coaching session to set you up for a successful yoga journey.   Virtually or in my home studio are available options.

MEDITATION 1:1 COACHING

MINDFULNESS MINI-COURSE

Are you stressed, overwhelmed, and  feel like you are constantly in overdrive? Are you experiencing brain fog, reactivity or health issues?

Meditation provides so many health benefits both mentally and physically. Everyone can meditate EVEN if you have a problem sitting still.  Let me share this wonderful tool with you!  In one short week, you will notice a difference in your life.

$45 / 45 min with a free follow-up call

If time is an issue or meditation seems to big of a commitment in the beginning, how about learning some Mindfulness?  

Mindfulness also provides great health benefits.  It brings you back into the present moment so you can truly enjoy life.   It's easy to incorporate into your daily routine since it takes minimal time.  The hard part is remembering to do it each day.
